We gratefully acknowledge the endeavour and dedication of Toni Franklin to Alvin Lee and his music. Toni created alvinlee.com in the early 1990s when the world wide web only started to gain momentum, and over the years turned the site into a prime spot to find Alvin related information. In the days before social media Alvin’s fans were able to interact via the guestbook moderated by her. She sometimes had the quite difficult job of integrating Alvin’s high standards of privacy with the need of the fans to connect on a personal level. 

A significant part of the information and photos contained on these pages is based on her work.
